Season 3 took the show in a somewhat more serialized path. Sillier episodes became more balanced out with episodes that developed the various character and plot arcs. FOX still didn't give a damn, keeping the show in it's subpar 7:00 Sunday time slot, and beginning to air the episodes out of order, so as to mess up continuity.
